Program Management Needs Assessment

Purpose

To ensure your internal structures and processes support current portfolios and empower managers to maximize their time and throughput.

Approach

I conduct a targeted assessment of internal practices, identifying barriers surfaced by your team and proposing practical solutions that integrate with your existing systems—no need for sweeping overhauls or new software. Together, we prioritize the top issues to address and co-develop tools that support execution.

Program Management Surge Support

Purpose

To provide high-impact program management support during project initiation, periods of increased workload or short-term leave of existing program managers.

Approach

I work closely with teams to launch projects, build out execution systems, and align tools with organizational frameworks. This includes developing project plans, dashboards, and guidance on timelines, budgets, scopes of work, and contractor agreements. I can also mentor junior program managers to build internal capacity.

Purpose
